Weekend Brunch

It's always nice to figure out weekend brunch menus on Friday, when you have some time to get to the grocery store and, more importantly, throw together a great make ahead brunch casserole. Blueberry French Toast Bake is creamy and crisp, with the great taste of blueberries. Serve it with blueberry syrup, along with orange juice, coffee, milk, and Apple Glazed Sausage and Bacon.
