Feeling Tex Mex

Something about spring always makes me crave Tex Mex food. One of my favorite spicy recipes is Chicken Tostadas, an easy recxipe that uses either faux chicken nuggets or the real thing, if you prefer. Let your family assemble their own tostadas; you just provide the building blocks. Pair this great entree with Key West Fruit Salad, using your favorite fruits. The dressing in that recipe will even make canned fruits taste wonderful. And for dessert, Blueberry Shortbread Parfaits are a creamy, crunchy, cooling old favorite.
