Seafood Feast

Have you ever tried mussels? They have a very dark oval-shaped shell, and the meat is so sweet and tender. Try them in Baked Mussels in an apple cream sauce. Before you cook them, discard the mussels with shells that aren't tightly closed, and after, discard those with shells that aren't open. Most mussels now come precleaned, and are very beautiful as well as delicious. Serve them with Stovetop Rice Pilaf to soak up with wonderful juices, and Simple Green Salad. For dessert, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake is a creamy treat.
