Individual Meat Loaves

I love this old recipe. Palpettoni are individual meatloaves filled with a sour cream and rice mixture. They're rich, creamy, and very delicious. Serve them with Oven Rice Pilaf, since both recipes bake at the same temperature. Marinated Green Bean Salad rounds out the menu. And for dessert, Skillet Cookies are an easy sweet.
