This beautiful and delicious springtime menu, Baked Chicken with Apricots is perfect for entertaining. If you can't find fresh apricots, canned are just fine. Serve it with Pecan Mandarin Orange Green Salad and cricp Crostini. Ribbon Angel Food Sherbet Cake is the perfect dessert.
