Beef Cheese Pizza

Beef Cheese Pizza is one of my favorite entrees. I know I say that a lot, but this recipe is really special. It's like a thin quiche, but it's easier because you just press the pastry dough into the pan. Serve it with Fresh Corn Salad (made with frozen corn at this time of year!) and crunchy, sweet, gooey, and fabulous Oatmeal Carmelitas for dessert.
