Breakfast is Good for You!

You've heard many times that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It helps you think and work much better, and reduces cravings for junk food and high calorie, low nutrition foods. Scientists have discovered that people who eat a good breakfast are significantly less likely to be obese and suffer from diabetes.

So whip up a batch of Make Ahead Raisin Bran Muffins and serve them with orange juice and some microwave sausages for a great super easy breakfast that is ready in minutes.
