Everyday Menus: Potato Pierogies

Potato Pierogies Casserole is ready to go into the oven in about 5 minutes. Then you can relax until it's time to eat. Toss together a bagged salad with some purchased salad dressing and slice up some crunchy Italian bread (try ciabatta from your bakery) and dinner is ready. For dessert, Minute Apple Tart is the perfect choice.
