Potato Pierogies Casserole is ready to go into the oven in about 5 minutes. Then you can relax until it's time to eat. Toss together a bagged salad with some purchased salad dressing and slice up some crunchy Italian bread (try ciabatta from your bakery) and dinner is ready.
