Once You Learn to Bake a Cake...

Once you really get a cake recipe done to perfection, there are many ways you can vary it. Any 13x9" recipe can be baked in a bundt pan or two 9" layers, and vice versa. And you can vary the fillings, the toppings, and the frostings. For instance, Peanut Butter Fudge Cake is the same cake batter as Peanut Butter Bundt Cake, just baked in different sized pans, with a shorter baking time, layered with fudge filling and frosted with Peanut Butter Frosting. And the pictured cake is the same batter, just filled with half of the peanut butter fudge filling and frosted with Chocolate Frosting. See how many different variations you can make out of your favorite cake recipe!
