I have loved the Betsy Tacy Series by Maud Hart Lovelace since I was a little girl. And I think about the books when school starts each year, because they always had muffins for the first day of school.
Think about starting a tradition like that of your own; it's something your kids will remember and pass on to their children. Blueberry Muffins, Surprise Muffins or Cherry Oat Muffins are all excellent choices; try them!
