Cookies are a wonderful dessert idea for Easter dinner. Make several different kinds during the week and pack them into air tight containers so all you have to do Sunday is arrange them on a couple of platters. Peanut Sitting-Pretties are the perfect Easter cookie; use pastel candies for the 'eggs'. Grandma's Sugar Cookies or Caramel Roll Out Cookies cut with Easter cookie cutters and decorated with pale frostings are wonderful. Pirouette Cookies look so pretty on a tray. And nestle Sugar Crusted Melting Cookies in small paper liners for a beautiful presentation.
