Make Easter entertaining easy on yourself and make a couple of casseroles the day before to bake and bring to the table. Filo Sausage Egg Bake, with spicy sausage and tender egg enclosed in crisp filo leaves, is the perfect main dish recipe for a brunch. And Stuffed French Toast Bake is simply superb; you can serve French Toast to a bunch without standing over the stove. Serve the main dish with some fresh fruit or a Molded or Frozen Salad and all you have to do for brunch is make the coffee. Easy!
