Whoops!! Labor Day Menus

The weekend AFTER next weekend is the long holiday weekend known as Labor Day in the United States. It's traditionally the last official weekend of summer and the last weekend before school begins. (I got confused because my husband, a teacher, is starting school next week!) So I'm offering four menus using quick and easy recipes that are delicious and evocative of summer's bounty. Try Fresh Corn Salad (pictured) served with Grilled Ribs and Dilled Coleslaw, or a menu made in the crockpot, or a five ingredient picnic menu.
