Boy, I love this recipe; it uses many of my favorite fall ingredients. Wild rice is, of course, so special and a bit of a splurge. Read All About Quiches for some tips - or to choose another recipe! Serve any quiche or wild rice recipe with Pear and Greens Salad using the pears that are now in season.
