Happy Halloween!

Halloween is Tuesday; are you ready? This spooky holiday is so fun to celebrate, and the fabulous treats you can make for your family are almost endless. Halloween Cupcakes (pictured) are my new favorite. The cupcakes are made from spice cake mix and canned pumpkin, so they're super easy. Just browse through your grocery store's Halloween aisle; you'll be amazed at the fabulous little decorations for cookies, candies, and cakes. And be sure that you send your little gobblers out with a full tummy; Skillet Tex-Mex Lasagna is a surefire hit, or take a look at any of my other Skillet Meals.
