There are quite a few people in the world who don't like turkey! What do they do on Thanksgiving? Well, here are some ideas. Try some of my Alternative Thanksgiving Menus, or take a look at my collection of Special Holiday Dinners. All are delicious, festive, and easy to make. For instance, Mexican Peacocks are a fabulous stuffed chicken recipe that uses buttery avocado for the filling. And who doesn't like Roasted Beef Tenderloin? And for dessert, Butter Pecan Turtle Cookies (pictured) taste like a cross between pecan pie and chocolate chip cookies, but are much easier to make. Enjoy!
