Everyday Menus: Cheesy Pasta Frittata

Any egg main dish is perfect for everything from breakfast right through dinner. And be sure to check out the Step by Step directions for making any frittata. Here's one of my cooking secrets. Day one, I'll make Glazed Salmon Fillets. With the leftovers, the next day we have Salmon Carbonara. And with those leftovers, I'll make the Pasta Frittata.
