In preparation for this weekend, take some time and browse through my Appetizer Recipe Box, especially the Appetizer Dips section, where there are dozens of delicious and easy recipes to enjoy, including my three ingredient Pesto Dip (pictured).

Super Bowl Appetizer Exchange!

Today’s recipes are from Rhonda, the Guide to Chinese Cuisine. Easy Baked Crab Rangoon still has the classic mix of cream cheese, crabmeat and seasonings found in traditional Crab Rangoon, but heated through and served with crunchy baked wonton chips for dipping. And Chinese “No-Meat” Balls are a vegetarian party appetizer with soy crumbles, which are a convenient substitute for ground beef in delicious meatballs flavored with Asian seasonings.
