Cooking meals in the skillet not only is quick and easy, but it doesn't heat up your kitchen as much as using the oven. And when you cook spaghetti in the skillet, as in this easy recipe, the flavors are fantastic. The pasta absorbs the sauce as it cooks, making it firm yet tender, with wonderful taste. Serve it with a simple spinach salad, some cheese filled rolls, and a rich but easy chilled pie.- Skillet Spaghetti
