Father's Day Recipes

Sunday, June 17, is Father's Day! Honor Dad with some of these delicious recipes. Presentation packets, as I call them, are one dish meals cooked in foil on the grill. All you have to do is let each diner have a packet, let them open them (watch out for the steam!) and dig in. A nice grilled bread and some salad, plus dessert, of course, are all you need to add. I like serving a side dish as the packet, and cooking a nice steak, like Grilled Steak with Herb Butter (pictured), directly on the grill. More on Father's Day later in the week!
