Start With ... Ice Cream

Well, what could be more timely than this? My Start With ... series continues with ice cream as the focus. And sherbet, and sorbet too. These recipes are probably the easiest ever, since ice cream is the perfect basis for many desserts, including pies and parfaits. Ice Cream Tartlets (pictured) are my new favorite recipe; they're so fun to make and serve. Stay cool this week and eat lots of ice cream.
