Everyday Menus: Steak on the Grill

At least once this summer, cook an excellent steak on the grill (with or without herb butter) and serve it with two of the best side salads I make. For the steak, you just need a good cut of meat. Filet mignon or ribeye are my two choices. Then serve it, juicy and seared from the grill, with a fresh corn salad and my latest inspiration - the best quick and easy potato salad. For dessert? Have some ice cream - you've done enough work!
