Everyday Menus: Shrimp and Rice Salad

To make this super easy and delicious salad totally no cook, pick up some cooked rice from your local Chinese take-out place. When combined with frozen shrimp, some thawed frozen sugar snap peas, and a simple dressing, you've got an excellent main dish salad that's ready in minutes. Serve it with cubed watermelon dipped in a spicy, sweet and tart mixture, some crisp breadsticks from the bakery, and a fabulous chocolate cherry cake made in the morning.
