Everyday Menus: Pesto Stuffed Burgers

Burgers cooked on the grill are one of the delights of summer. This recipe, with tender hamburger stuffed with pesto and cheese, elevates the genre. And any burger cooked on a grill and served on a toasted English muffin is automatically going to be wonderful. Serve with a sweet and refreshing tomato and mango salad, with one of my favorite ice cream desserts. Enjoy!
