Everyday Menus: Mustard Grilled Salmon Salad

If you're bored with cold salads and ready for something different, try my selection of Hot and Cold Summer Salads. My personal favorite is Mustard Grilled Salmon Salad (pictured). There's something about the combination of hot grilled meat with crisp cold lettuce, vegetables, or fruit that really helps wake up your taste buds. Serve any of these salads with smoky grilled bread and a simple sheet cake.
