Cold Soups

Cold soups are some of the best solutions to a hot, sticky day. You feel cool even when you're making the soup! This selection will see you through the rest of the dog days of summer. Cold Pea Soup (pictured) is one of my favorites, but be sure to try Fresh Fruit Soup, a super quick and easy Chilled Artichoke Soup, and Gazpacho. Serve them with muffins from the bakery and stay cool!
