Everyday Menus: Tortellini with Peas

Now is the time to pull out all of your fastest recipes and easiest recipes, including one of my favorites, Tortellini with Peas (pictured). Well, for the picture I made it with ravioli, but you get the idea! This quick and easy recipe is delicious, and takes less time to make than bundling the kids in the car and going out for burgers. Serve it with a nice fruit and cabbage salad, some homemade breadsticks (let your kids make them!) and a wonderful last-minute dessert.
