Everyday Menus: Chicken Focaccia Sandwich

This is one sandwich you have got to try. Even if you don't make the bread (which is super easy!), the filling is sublime and would be delicious in a wrap, in a grilled sandwich, or just spread between white bread and devoured. Serve it with a fresh and simple salad and some fabulous bar cookies for dessert.
