Everyday Menus: Sweet and Sour Chicken Stew

The crockpot and a bottled sweet and sour simmer sauce are the two secret weapons in this excellent recipe. There are several varieties of the sauce on the market; all are good. Serve this stew with a flavorful green salad, some toasted garlic bread, and an easy pie for dessert.
