Eat Your Breakfast!

And Happy New Year! One of everyone's resolutions for 2008 should be to eat breakfast, every single day. Nutritionists say it's the most important meal of the day. Children who eat breakfast do better at school, and if you're trying to lose weight, eating a good meal in the morning will help you control your appetite the rest of the day. With these easy make-ahead recipes, you don't have to work hard in the morning to eat well. Try Delicious Pear Bread (pictured), choose something from the freezer to pop into the microwave, or pick a fabulous crockpot recipe to wake up to a hot meal. Eat well!
