Everyday Menus: Cheesy Chicken Casserole

This comforting and super simple casserole is made ahead of time to allow the uncooked pasta time to soften up a bit before it's cooked; and to save you time in the kitchen. Be sure that the pasta is covered with the sauce, and that the casserole is tightly covered for the first part of baking. It's delicious served with a simple, crunchy cucumber salad, some easy breadsticks, and a special dessert pie.
