Everyday Menus: Pear Stuffed Chicken with Walnut Rice

Towards the end of winter, everyone starts longing for the soft fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and other riches of summer. But those foods are just too expensive this time of year. So I turn to new ways of using winter fruits, like this pear-stuffed chicken. You can make it ahead of time, so it's a perfect dish for company.
