Creamy, Molded, and Frozen Salads

I love making more unusual foods for breakfast. And creamy, molded, and frozen salads are my newest thing. Since these salads are all make-ahead, they are perfect for breakfast, especially when you have company. With a slice of quick bread or a muffin, you have a healthy and delicious breakfast with very little work. Barley Orange Salad (pictured) is just one of the great recipes in this collection.
