Start With ... Cabbage

Cabbage is one of those vegetables you either love or hate. I love it, and since my husband grew up in Germany, where cabbage is practically the national vegetable, he really loves it. When cooked correctly, cabbage is delicious and can be made into everything from tarts to sandwiches and main dishes.
