Classic St. Patrick's Day Menu

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Well, kind of. Some people are celebrating the holiday today, since the actual date of March 17th falls within Easter holy week. I say, make it a St. Patrick's Day weekend! This classic menu takes almost no work at all. The corned beef and cabbage is simmered to perfection in the crockpot, the Irish soda bread is quick and easy, and the mint brownies a breeze.
