Alternative Easter Menus

If you don't want or can't serve a huge ham or turkey with all the trimmings for Easter, try one (or two!) of my alternative Easter menus. There's a grilled dinner, a make-ahead brunch, and an easy crockpot dinner. I love the simple menu with quick breads including Pineapple Walnut Quick Bread. Set your table with a beautiful spring bouquet and your best china and crystal, and enjoy these easy recipes with family and friends.
