How to Heat a Ham

Really, the only tricky part about a traditional Easter dinner is heating the ham. How do you warm up a fully cooked ham without drying it out? I have a few tricks up my sleeve, and they all result in a moist, delicious ham with the perfect sweet and spicy glazed crust.
