Everyday Menus: Gruyere Ham Sandwich

If you don't have leftover ham from Easter, go out and buy some for this fabulous sandwich. Gruyere cheese is rich and nutty tasting, the perfect complement to ham. But if you can't find it Swiss is delicious too. Serve it with an easy fruit salad and some crisp and chewy cookies for dessert.
