Everything Meals on a Budget

My newest cookbook is now available! Everything Meals on a Budget Cookbook was really fun to write. I enjoyed challenging myself to create the cheapest, most nutritious, and best tasting recipes possible. My favorite chapter is "Make a Meal from (Almost) Nothing", which features recipes made from inexpensive pantry staples. Dressed-Up Macaroni and Cheese for 63 cents a serving is a good choice from that chapter; I made that recipe a lot when I was first married. Most of the recipes in the book can be made for under $2.00 a serving. The book was written last year, however, and food prices have gone up substantially since then. But you can still save a lot of money and keep your family happy with these recipes and lots of tips. Enjoy!
