Now with your refined skill at measuring flour, let's make a delicious coffee cake. I used to make this one a lot when I was a child, pretending I was the Galloping Gourmet while I worked in the kitchen. It's not difficult, and it's a great treat to make ahead of time for a brunch or coffee break. Slice it into 1" pieces because it's very rich.
