Joyce Lamont's Minnesota Recipes and Radio Memories

I am so proud of Joyce Lamont's Minnesota Recipes and Radio Memories! I had the idea for it while watching a rerun of "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and writing another cookbook. I have been lucky enough to meet Ms. Lamont, WCCO Radio's female broadcaster during the 'golden age' of radio, and count her among my friends. The recipes in this book are old-fashioned, tried and true, and revolve around the seasons, including Avocado Lime Pie, Little Red Hen Chicken, Chocolate Chip Date Cake, and Pecan Apple Salad.
