Everyday Menus: Shrimp Fried Rice

Shrimp Fried Rice is the ideal recipe to make on a day when you are too tired to cook. On your way home from work, make a stop at your local Chinese restaurant to buy some cooked rice. Then when you get home, dinner is just minutes away. You can use whatever you have in the freezer in this basic recipe: cooked chicken, frozen green beans, some leftover ham, or asparagus.
