The Weekend Cook: Chicken on Sale!

Whenever any meat is on sale, I buy some, repackage it at home, and freeze it. This has been my habit for years, but now with food prices soaring, it's even more important. So this weekend is focusing on chicken. These recipes use chicken breasts, but you could use thighs if you prefer. Thighs will cook for a little bit longer time than breasts, so be sure to check the temperature for proper doneness.
