A Tale of Three Recipes

Remember when I wrote about a recipe disaster that turned into a delicious appetizer? At the time, I couldn't give you the original recipe because the book it was from, Joyce Lamont's Minnesota Recipes and Radio Memories, wasn't published. It is now, so here's the recipe for Roast Beef Roll-Ups. Or you could make the Roast Beef Filo Cups or the excellent grilled sandwich with that filling. Enjoy!
