Memorial Day Cookout: Pesto Stuffed Burgers

For one (or more!) cookouts this weekend, try my Pesto Stuffed Burgers, a tender burger filled with delicious and flavorful pesto. Serve it with a no-cook sweet potato salad, one of my favorite fruit salads, lots of potato chips (natch!) and a spectacular ice cream dessert that will make everyone smile with delight.
