Start With - Tomatoes

Now gardens are bursting with tomatoes, zucchini, and basil, and at the Farmer's Market, you can find peaches, plums, and melons. So let's concentrate on fresh produce this week. Nothing makes you feel better than eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and nothing is better than eating fresh fruits and vegetables in season. Tomatoes, that fruit classified as a vegetable, are the focus in this collection of recipes. Yum.
