Lunch for $8.00

It's time to start thinking about school lunchboxes. You can usually pack a lunch for less than the cost of a school lunch, unless your school has subsidized lunches. At any rate, you'll be able to control what your child eats, at least to some degree, if you make the lunches yourself. This menu is delicious and easy. You could include some fresh fruit, like strawberries or blueberries to improve the nutritional value if you'd like.
