Ten Dollar Meal: Tortellini with Peas

Ten dollar menus just keep coming! The combination of textures and flavors in this menu is sublime. Tortellini with Peas is one of the simplest recipes in my repertoire, and I always have the ingredients for it (just five!) on hand. Served with a fruity coleslaw and creamy parfaits for dessert, this menu is a winner.
