Everyday Menus: Hot German Potato Salad

It's time for some simple, hearty foods that will warm you up and fuel you for shopping, decorating, wrapping, etc. This hot potato salad is one of my favorites. It's a combination of several recipes, and has the best sweet-sour balance. The sausages you use are key, of course - my favorites come from a shop in New Ulm, Minnesota - that ships sausages! Yum.
