Everyday Menus: Chicken Tostadas

Tostadas are a great choice for family dinners or entertaining. Assemble all the components and let everyone build their own. This recipe for Chicken Tostadas is my favorite. Use real or 'fake' chicken nuggets, lots of salsa, avocado and cheese, and enjoy.
